SALES ENGINEER FOR ABRASIVES (JAKARTA / SURABAYA / SEMARANG) - PT Texpert Indoasia
Responsibilities
Maintain and growth business from existing customers
Develop new business from new customers / new channel
Coordinate with Product Management, CS, & Production for service to customer
Maintain and develop relationship with customers / distributors
Expand business through new customers / distributors
Doing trial product in the customers (support by Product Management)
Submit quotation to the customers (coordinate with Sales Manager)
Visit customer (old & new regularly)
Handle complaint in the customers (support by QA & Product Management)
Coordinate service to the customers (support by CS & Production)
Assist Finance for collection to the customer if needed
Make the report to the management
Requirements
Male
Candidate must at least Bachelor Degree with ENGINEERING background
Min. 3-5 years experience in the same field or who has working or has knowledge in wood industry, play wood, glue company
English must be fluent in written and spoken
Computer literacy is a must
Should be able to present the technical side to the clients
Should have an experience in make Sales Report
Having experience in tendering and proposal will be advantage
Having ability to networking and maintain relationship with customers
Good skill in developing and nurturing effective and partnering working relationship with various parties within the business
Having ability to understand how to implement business strategies
Having ability to have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written), problem solving capabilities, organizational, knowledge of community planning
